Each QNAP product comes with a service warranty that guarantees our users excellent service and peace of mind. QNAP users can select from three levels of service warranty.

If you need more than the standard warranty, you can purchase this 2-Year QNAP Extended Warranty Service (QEWS) license for additional coverage. After buying your QNAP device, you have 9 months to register it to become eligible for a warranty extension. Purchasing an extension can extend your warranty coverage up to 5 years.
