In the event of a total blackout, the unit provides sufficient battery backup time to last through most power outages or let you save your work and shut down your computer or devices without losing your data. 8x AC power plugs, this includes 4x AU outlets with battery backup and surge protection and 4x AU outlets for surge protection only.
