The Cisco CP-LCASE-8821= leather carrying case is used to protect the phone and then attach the case to the belt clip or pocket clip. It has a button at the back of the case where you can attach the clip. You can also clip a lanyard to the metal ring on the top of the leather case. It is designed for Cisco 8821 Unified Wireless IP Phone.
